The youngest participants in the event could take part in competitions, shows and eco workshops throughout the whole day. They could learn how to properly segregate waste, how to give a second life to various things and how to creatively use them again. Tree seedlings were handed out to anyone, who brought and recycled plastic or paper waste. The wastes collected were subsequently resold and the recycling company donated the sums so received to the “HEJ, KONIKU!” Foundation for the Assistance of Youth and Children with Disabilities.
