During the redevelopment, 80% of retail space in the section Atrium Promenada undergoing the works was already rented. The redeveloped shopping centre of Atrium European Real Estate features over 90,000 square meters of floor space and 150 commercial units – premium and midrange fashion stores, health&beauty establishments and popular cafés.
